Post-traumatic Tibia vara develops after injury to the medial proximal tibial physis. it can develop by iatrogenic injury to the medial proximal tibial physis.

It's a Post Traumatic deformity of the elbow developed due to a mal united supracondylar fracture of the Humerus bone. it is also known as Gun Stock deformity as the upper limb looks like the stock of the gun.
