Post-traumatic Tibia vara develops after injury to medial proximal tibial physis. it can develop by iatrogenic injury to the medial proximal tibial physis.

Symptoms

1. Progressive Bowing of the proximal part of the tibia
2. Increase in intercondylar distance.
3. Gait abnormality
