It’s a Post Traumatic deformity of elbow developed due to mal united supracondylar fracture of Humerus bone. it is also know as Gun Stock deformity as the upper limb looks like the stock of the gun.

Post traumatic Tibia vara develops after injury to medial proximal tibial physis. it can develop by iatrogenic injury to medial proximal tibial physis.
